These terms cover a studio's use of InkMePlz to manage bookings, intake, and deposits. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. The service
InkMePlz is a booking, client-intake, and deposit platform for tattoo and piercing studios. We provide the software; you're responsible for the work you actually do with your clients.
2. Subscription billing
• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew on a monthly basis on your billing date unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your default payment method each month at the then-current rate.
• Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from your account's billing settings (Manage billing). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing cycle -- you keep access until then.
• Refunds. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. We don't provide prorated refunds or credit for partial months or unused time.
• No free trial. There is currently no free trial -- your payment method is charged when you subscribe.
• Price changes. We may adjust subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice by email. Continuing to use InkMePlz after a price change takes effect means you accept the new price.
3. Reference images & content rights
You (or your clients, via you) may upload reference images and other content to InkMePlz. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, store, and display that content solely to provide the booking service to you -- we don't use it for any other purpose, and we don't claim ownership of it.
You're responsible for making sure you (or your client) actually own or have the right to upload any image you submit. Uploading illegal content, or content you don't have the rights to, is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from content you upload.
4. Deposits & payments to your studio
Where you use Stripe Connect to collect deposits from your own clients, those payments go directly to your own Stripe account -- InkMePlz is never in the payment flow between you and your client, and isn't a party to that transaction.
5. Account suspension
We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, including for uploading prohibited content or fraudulent use of the platform.
